The Fee will be agreed before work starts, as will the scope of outcomes and delivery timescales. All Fees will be fixed for any and all interactions that fall within the scope of the current project. You will always know exactly where you stand!
Control of your business will stay in your hands at all times. Business Advisers are there to advise, not to make decisions for you and advisor will never take control of your organisation.
The advice you receive will be delivered via your chosen Business Adviser and will not be conflicting nor pulling you in different directions.
If your Business Adviser needs to bring in additional expertise, they will do so by using our extensive network of specialists, including Khensu® Business Advisors. Nobody knows everything and they will never pretend to be something they’re not. You will always be given the chance to meet any additional Advisers before agreeing to receive their help.
You and your team will always remain accountable for the success or failure of your business – your Business Adviser cannot.
